7 Months!

Okay, so I know that it seems like I am getting worse about posting each month. Sorry!

Kaylie is getting so BIG! But as you can see, I think that her hair is growing as fast as she is! I think that I am going to have to break down and go get her bangs trimmed for the first time. :o(

Still no teeth!

She yells for her DA DA all day long! :o) Don't think she's a daddy's girl or anything do ya?

6 Months Old - Easter

Kaylie met the Easter Bunny for the first time last Wednesday... I thought for sure that she would be scared of him, but as you can see she loved him. The Easter Bunny even made a comment to me about how good she was! She is changing so much EVERYDAY! Still onery as ever!

Still no teeth... She has been chewing and trying to cut for about 2 1/2 months now. I wish one would just pop through soon!

5 Months

I know... I have been a little bad about posting lately. Considering she will be 6 months on April 1st. We have had a lot of stuff going on the past couple of weeks... Kyle had to have his wisdom teeth cut out last week, so I have been caring for him and Kaylie. One bite of applesauce for Kaylie, and one for Daddy. :o)

Kaylie is growing like a weed, and discovering new things and sounds everyday! For example: She has been making a growling noise (not sure where she learned that) but it's cute. She loves going for stroller rides and sitting up like a BIG girl.

Daddy also took her on her 1st 4 wheeler ride the other day.

4 Months Old

As you can see... Kaylie is growing up! She has discovered that she can talk, and LOVES to hear herself! She loves to play in her jumperoo and can even play the music on her own.

Kyle's Birthday!

For Kyle's birthday we went to WI to get him a 2002 Suzuki Vinson 500 4 wheeler (yellow); as you will see in the pictures below...

Then I surprised him with a night stay at Harpole's Heartland Lodge (www.heartlandlodge.com) in Nebo, IL which is very BEAUTIFUL and the staff was GREAT!

Our friend Brent met us over there on Friday to explore the trails with us. We had a BLAST! The weather was a bit different than it was here at home when we left Thursday morning... There was a lot of snow and ice on the ground, which made the trails pretty challenging Friday morning. Brent only had a 2 wheel drive, so it was a little more challenging for him... You will see Kyle pulling him out of a NASTY spot... ( I went through that spot before Brent did, so I dug a nice little hole for him to get hung up on... (hee hee). Aren't I ornery?! Well, don't really answer that question!

Kyle and I ended up having the whole lodge to ourselves on Thursday night... They set the table for dinner and breakfast for just the 2 of us... :o)

We will DEFINITELY go back to Harpole's Heartland Lodge!!!

Kaylie Meeting Santa

3 Months Old

Here is Ms. Kaylie at 3 months old! I can't believe I am already saying that! She is growing up so fast, and smiles all the time. She had a wonderful Christmas, and enjoyed meeting Santa for the first time. She has her 4 month check up on Feb 6th... I will write to let you know her weight and height etc...

2 Monthls Old!

She is getting so big, and becoming alert to everything! It is amazing how fast she is growing up!

It's a GIRL! - Kaylie Nikole Thomas

Kyle and I had our 2nd sonogram on May 10th, and found out that we are having a little girl... Her name is Kaylie Nikole Thomas. She is quite the little active thing, and a little stubborn... ( Everyone keeps saying just like her mom... I don't know why everyone keeps saying that ) LOL! She didn't want to cooperate so much during the sonogram, but we managed to make her...:o)
